Ghanaian young sensation, Clinton Dombila has completed a long awaited move to Armenian topflight side, FC Ararat Yerevan in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The 18 year old is joining the White Eagles for an undisclosed fee after a successful negotiations from reputable football club JMG Academy based in Bamako, the capital of Mali.

The versatile wing-back is expected to follow the path of compatriots and French-based duo of Alidu Seidu and Salis Abdul Samed who all, also graduated from the same academy as he hopes and dream for a future Black Stars invite.

The lanky lateral, born in Kumasi, Moshie Zongo precisely, started his career in a neighborhood boyhood club known as Soccer Angels at a very young age, where he shuttled for four years; between 2011 and 2015.

He later joined a juvenile club Top Rankers FC before impressively and progressively switching to JMG Academy in the middle of 2016 after an impressive and eye-catching display in a trial opportunity he earned from the club following his unmatched heroics in a primary Inter-Schools Championship.

Fast-forward, he established himself as a mainstay in the team and got promoted from their camp in Dodowa, Accra to Mali in less than a year since joining the Blue and Yellows.

He popped up on the radar of so many clubs in France including Bordeaux, AS Monaco and also RB Salzburg in Austria and others after a scintillating and stupendous performance in the Africa's Cup Tournament held in Morocco in November last year where he was adjudged the Most Promising Star of the tourney.

However, due to some strange reasons, he ended up joining FC Ararat as he hopes to become one of the fans favourite at the Republican Stadium going forward.

Clinton, 18, is expected to start off as a fringe, where he will feature for both the junior and first team, indicating a huge workload on the young prodigy who will have to play his heart out in a challenge which looks all new.

The Red and Whites haven't quiet started the campaign well after two games, with a defeat and a draw each and will hope to patch up all cracks in the remaining games.

Clinton Dombila had an impressive debut against Andranik last Monday in a game he played 70 minutes and left the pitch due to an injury which didn't look any serious.
