The ex-Catanzaro U19 youth star has completed his loan switch to the newly-promoted Romanian top-tier outfit from the second division side until the end of the new football season

Romanian Liga l club FC Metaloglobus București have announced the loan signing of Ghanaian midfielder Moses Abbey from Liga ll outfit FC U Craiova.

The 22-year-old attacking midfielder is set to spent the entire 2025-26 campaign at the Metaloglobus Stadium after sealing his season-long loan move this summer.

ln announcing the capturing of the former Ravenna FC man, the București-based club said via their club's Facebook Account: "Moses joins Metaloglobus on loan from FC U Craiova 1948. The 22-year-old Ghanaian midfielder was born in Accra, the capital of Ghana. 🇬🇭

"He is a left-footed player with good technique and speed that makes him difficult to stop in one-on-one duels. Moses Abbey began his career in Italy, playing for Rende Calcio and Ravenna FC in Serie D. At Ravenna, in the 2022/2023 season, he was one of the most prolific players. In 2024, he joined Craiova, a team for which he played 22 matches, scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists. Good luck in our team's jersey!"

Before switching to his new side, Abbey featured once for FC U Craiova in this ongoing SuperLiga 25/26 season.

He is yet to earn his cap with the Ghana National Team at the international level.
