Ghanaian teenager lddrisu Moro has joined Swedish Allsvenskan side Halmstads BK on a three-year contract, the club have confirmed.
The 18-year-old promising midfielder is expected to spent time with the U19 youth team after sealing his move to the Örjans Vall Stadium ahead of the start of the 2025-26 football season.
Right after landing the budding teenage sensation, club's manager Jesper Westerberg had this to tell Newspaper Hallandsposten: ''Two extremely exciting talents with great development potential that we hope to benefit from for many years to come.''
The gaffer added on the youngster: ''As I previously described him, a Yaya Touré type, sitting, midfielder, confident with the ball and strong in the close game. It was King ( Osei Gyan ) who tipped him off and told us that he had a perfect player who would suit us. Then he sent over material, films and matches.''
Moro will be expected to make the grade at the U19 youth side as he is set to continue with his development as a rising star.
