Ghanaian teenage sensation Henry Oware has completed his transfer move to French Ligue 1 side ES Troyes AC on a three-year deal from Ghana lower division side West Africa Football Academy Sporting Club (WAFA SC)
The 18-year-old together with his team-mate Tarek Issaoui, who first joined the club's youth side in 2019, were unveiled today after passing his mandatory medical test earlier on.
"ESTAC is pleased to announce the signing of the first professional contracts of Tarek Issaoui and Henry Oware. The two defenders are now engaged with the Trojan club until June 30, 2026. The whole club wishes them a lot of success in Blue & White!," an official statement from the club's communications network reads.
"Trained at ESTAC, Tarek Issaoui joined the Trojan training center in 2019. Henry Oware arrives from the West African Football Academy (Ghana), where he was able to show the extent of his qualities."
The duo are expected to spent time at the youth side before they are drafted into the main team set-up in the foreseeable future.
