The 25-year-old wideman has completed his loan move to the Scottish second-tier side from the elite division outfit until the end of the current campaign 

Ghanaian winger Alfie Agyeman has joined Scottish Championship side St Johnstone FC from Premiership club Falkirk FC on a six-month loan deal, the club have announced.

The former Queen's Park FC man is teaming up with the Saints for the remainder of the 2025-26 season after falling down the pecking order in the set-up of manager John McGlynn at the Falkirk Stadium in this second stanza of the Scottish top-flight contest.

A statement over the loan deal of the Ghanaian winger reads:''We are delighted to announce the loan signing of forward Alfredo Agyeman from Falkirk Football Club.Alfredo (25) arrives at McDiarmid Park until the end of the season.

''He joined Falkirk in the summer of 2023 and scored 14 times in just over 50 appearances across their successful League One campaign, before then playing a key role in The Bairns’ title-winning Championship season.''

Agyemang has said to his club's official media channel: ''I spoke to the gaffer to get a good understanding of the style of play and the ambition of the club. He demands a lot from the players and I’m determined to give him what he is looking for. I felt that this was a good decision for me. I want to bring a directness. I’m not scared to take people on. I want to come in and help this team to be even better. You always want to show how good you can be.

“I really can’t wait to get started and to get a full week of training with the team. There are a lot of games coming up for us, but of course we will take them one at a time. This league can be crazy at times. You need to always make sure you are ruthless. It is a tough league, but I have quickly seen the determination and ambition that everyone at this club has.”

Prior to his loan switch to his new side, the former Kelty Hearts FC flanksman took in 25 appearances for The Bairns across all contests this season.

He remains fit to play for the Ghana senior national team on the international stage.
