Ghanaian young midfielder, Ibrahim Mohammed has just completed a highly-anticipated move to Spanish La Liga side Girona FC ahead of the new season.
The 18-year-old is joining the Gironistes on a three-year contract following an agreement with his representatives and club Rising Stars of Africa FC in Ghana.
Official club statement on Instagram reads;
"Club and player have completed procedures yo join and be available to play with Juvenile A. L',extrem ghanés, born in 2006, from Rising Stars of Africa FC."
Ibrahim, had an amazing spell during his time with Rising Stars- having joined from New Tafo Opel FC almost nine years ago, and has really developed and improved tremendously.
The mercurial playmaker will join Girona FC U-19 at the start of his journey to continue to develop more in his game and subsequently hopes to earn himself a push to the senior team probably before the end of the ongoing season.
Ibrahim Mohammed, is a Ghanaian youth international, having featured for both the Black Starlets and Black Satellites in previous years.
