The 21-year-old has completed his transfer move to the Italian top-flight outfit ahead of the new football campaign
Italian Serie A side Atalanta BC have announced the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Ibrahim Sulemana from Cagliari Calcio.
The promising midfielder joins the current UEFA Europa League champions earlier today after passing his mandatory medical examinations.
Announcing the deal, those in charge of the Gewiss Stadium have said the acquisition of the 21-year-old is permanent in an unannounced duration of the contractual obligations between both parties; "The 21-year-old Ghanaian arrives on a permanent basis from Cagliari Calcio."
"Atalanta BC announces that it has definitively acquired from Cagliari Calcio the rights to the sporting performances of the footballer Ibrahim Sulemana Kakari, a 21-year-old Ghanaian midfielder with two Serie A championships behind him."
He recently earned his international cap with Ghana men's senior national team, the Black Stars during the 2026 Fifa World Cup qualifiers last month.
