Ghanaian defender Tariq Lamptey has received a Porsche from Porsche Centre Mid-Sussex in recognition of his outstanding performance as Brighton and Hove Albion's Player of the Month for October.

The 23-year-old put in an impressive display in October, contributing significantly to the Seagulls' victory at Old Trafford and their comeback draw against Marseille.

Lamptey provided two assists in the 3-1 win at Old Trafford and played a pivotal role in the 2-2 draw at the Stade Vélodrome.

The Black Stars wing-back recently returned from a two-week injury layoff, which he sustained after the Marseille game in France. He is expected to play in the upcoming Europa League match against Ajax Amsterdam.

Lamptey had to withdraw from the squad at the last minute for the game against Everton.

His recovery from injury is a significant boost for the Black Stars as they prepare for the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, where they will face Madagascar and Comoros.
