Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade have bid farewell to Ghanaian star Osman Bukari following his transfer to Major League Soccer (MLS) side Austin FC.
On Thursday, May 30, Bukari finalized his move from Red Star Belgrade to Austin FC, signing a three-and-a-half-year contract.
Following the transfer, Osman Bukari expressed his gratitude to Red Star Belgrade and its fans on social media, emphasizing their special place in his heart. "To the fans, your unwavering support has been incredible. Playing in front of you has been an honor, and your cheers have always lifted my spirits, even in the toughest moments," he said. "This team will always hold a special place in my heart. I wish you all continued success and will be cheering for you from afar. Thank you for everything Red and whites."
In response, Red Star Belgrade posted a heartfelt message, saying, "And you will hold a special place in our hearts. Thank YOU for everything Buka, it was a pleasure watching you play."
