English manager, Roy Hodgson just recently returned to Crystal Palace to replace out-gone Patrick Viera and has already led the team to some strings of positive results and looks like turning them back on winning ways.
He's heaped so much praises on Ghanaian international Jordan Ayew who notched a brace over the weekend to power Palace to a huge 1-5 away win over Leeds United at the Elland Road in match-week of the English Premier League.
The homesters scored first through Patrick Bamford but Marc Guehi levelled up the score in the dying embers of the first half.
First, Ayew made it 2-1 with an excellent header before Eberechi Eze added a quick third, poking in from Michael Olise's pass.
Odsonne Edouard drove a fourth into the bottom corner following a quick counter attack and Ayew completed the rout late when he lifted the ball over Illan Meslier, prompting many Leeds fans to leave the game.
Jordan Ayew after that stupendous display has earned himself a spot in SofaScore's best Premier League XI of the week including teammates Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze.
Stunned with Jordan's performance, the experience manager believes the player should be hailed so much, more than what he is getting now following his great all round performance. He said;
"If I had to single somebody out that doesn't get a lot of praise it would be Jordan Ayew.
"Not only his two goals, but his enormous work-rate helped us enormously in the game and that set a bit of a marker."
The win moves Crystal Palace up to 12th in the Premier League, six points clear of the relegation zone, while Leeds are 16th, just two points above the drop.
The Eagles will travel to Southampton in the next round of matches.
