Belgian Challenger Pro League club Sportkring (SK) Beveren have announced the signing of 24-year-old striker Gabriel Kyeremateng from Swiss side FC Thun.

The German-born Ghanaian marksman is the new face in Beveren and has inked a three-year contract with the Freethiel Stadion outfit.

"Gabriel comes from FC Thun in Switzerland, where he has been active and in good form for the past three seasons. The combination of Ghanaian explosive DNA with the work ethic and 'Gründlichkeit' that we can expect from a German seems to be a good mix to strengthen our offensive compartment," Beveren's Sporting Director, Tom Van den Abbeele said.

Chief Executive Officer of Beveren Antoine Gobin expressed his excitement after acquiring the services of the young goal poacher who's expected to make a significant impact in Beveren's offensive line for the upcoming season.

Kyeremateng established himself as a deadly striker in front of goal in his three year stay with FC Thun in the Swiss second tier, where he made 103 appearances in all competitions leaving an indelible mark in the hearts of the fans.
