The high ranking official at the Right to Dream Park has sought to confirm the imminent departure of the promising midfield enforcer from the Danish top-flight ahead of the forthcoming window

FC Nordsjælland chief Alexander Riget has stated that the Danish Superliga competition is about to be a finished chapter for Ghanaian defensive midfielder Caleb Yirenkyi amid strong interest from English heavyweights suitors ahead of this summer's transfer window.

Given his remarkable performances so far this term, the 20-year-old versatile midfielder has emerged as a viable transfer target for Premier League top guns including Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.

With his talks of transfer move continue to be mooted, the man in charge of the administrative affairs at the Farum-based club believes that the Right to Dream Academy graduate has outgrown the Danish elite division and he is expecting him to bid a  farewell to the contest at the end of the season.

Speaking in an interview ahead of their Superliga clash with Viborg on Sunday, the Dane football administrator said to Danish pay television channel TV3: ''Some of our players are so skilled now that the Super League is about to be a finished chapter for them.

''The most obvious one is Caleb Yirenkyi, who is a really talented player. I think he has been the most talented midfielder in the Super League for some time and now also the most talented defender,'' he added.

The high-flying Black Stars man has now taken in 31 appearances by netting 2 and setting up another 6 for FC Nordsjaelland across all competitions in this ongoing campaign.

Yirenkyi, who is in contention to make an appearance at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, has won 8 caps for the Ghana national football team, the Black Stars on the international stage.
