Bukayo Saka equalised before Gabriel Martinelli and Eddy Nketiah subsequently added two to complete the win.
Thomas Partey, as usual, was included in the starting line up and went on to last 90 minutes before he was replaced with Egyptian midfielder Mohammed Elneny.
Arsenal are still holding onto their lead on top with 40 points, and seven and eight points more over Newcastle United and Manchester City.
