The Black Stars left-back was not included in Chelsea preseason squad list that left for the United States of America on Saturday.
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel excluded Ghana international Abdul Baba Rahman from the 29-man squad list that left England to America for preseason tour ahead of the new season.
Baba Rahman, who has contract with the Premier League side until the summer of 2024, returned from a season-long loan spell at Championship outfit Reading FC.
The 28-year-old has been struggling for a first-team place at Chelsea since joining them from FC Augsburg in a deal worth €26 million in 2015.
Before leaving for Reading FC on loan last summer, Baba Rahman signed a two-year contract extension with the Blues but Thomas Tuchel has disclosed that he is not in plans for the club's next season campaign.
Baba Rahman has made only 23 appearances for the two-time UEFA Champions League winners and has been loaned out to several clubs in Europe including Stade Reims, RCD Mallorca, Schalke 04 and Greek side POAK.
Kickgh.com understands that Chelsea are considering to transfer the former Asante Kotoko and Dreams FC full-back permanently to any club with a good offer.
His current market value according to transfermarket is €2 million.
Baba Rahman has capped 49 times for the senior national team of Ghana with a goal to his credit.
