Ghana forward Jordan Ayew opened his goal-scoring account for Leicester City against Tranmere Rovers in the EFL Cup on Tuesday evening.
Ayew brilliantly gave the Foxes a deserving lead with a stunning long-range strike in the 38th minute when he received a pass from Harry Winks. His lone goal handed Leicester City a 1-0 lead to the break.
The 32-year-old joined Leicester City this summer from Premier League rivals Crystal Palace in a deal worth £8 million and he made debut for the club against Fulham last weekend.
