Ghana international, Osman Bukari snapped up what was expected of him as he notched in Red Star Belgrade's 4-1 win over Spartak Subotica in the Serbia Superliga on Wednesday afternoon.

The iconic goal hunter was handed responsibility in attack by coach Miloš Milojević to be the first piece of the jigsaw upfront, which he showed plenty of ambition as he expertly scored the opener in the 7th minute by arrowing a stunning effort home after being released down the left flank.

Although Bukari's strike silenced the home crowd, Subotica responded with the equaliser - just a minute later through Japanese midfielder Noboru Shimura.

However, sixteen minutes later things went from bad to worse for the North Bačka District outfit when Aleksandar Katai doubled Red Star's advantage. Katai scored his second of the afternoon in the 82nd minute.

Zambian star Kings Kangwa drilled a right-foot volley across which went straight into the roof of the top right corner of the Subotica net to complete the slashing.

With Bukari's goal today, he has now scored eleven goals and provided ten assists in the Serbian top tier league this season.
