West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) centre-back, Kennedy Boateng has joined Austrian second-tier side LASK Linz on a three-year deal, kickgh.com can reveal.
The talented gaurdsman will play in the Austrian lower division league for three seasons after putting pen to paper with the Black and White outfit.
Kennedy has been on trials with Red Bull Salzburg last season, but failed to secure a permanent deal with the top-flight campaigners.
Again, the stalwart centre-back had a trial session with Portuguese giants, Victoria Guimaraes in February this year but could not strike a deal with the Portuguese side.
The promising defender will hopes to hit the ground running in his debut season with his new employers in the Austrian second-tier league.
