West Bromwich Albion are reportedly preparing a new bid for the Ghanaian winger, Jeffrey Schlupp.
According to Daily Mail, the Baggies are expected to return with a third bid for the versatile player despite Claudio Ranieri's insistence the 23-year-old will stay at Leicester.
Tony Pulis has identified the wide player as a key target but failed this week with an offer of £12million including add-ons.
Leicester owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha posted on Instagram that Schlupp is 'not for sale' and Ranieri has backed up that stance.
The Ghana international has three years left to run on his contract at the King Power Stadium and Leicester are likely to present fresh terms but can offer no guarantee of minutes on the pitch.
Schlupp, who came through Leicester's academy, started 14 matches and appeared off the bench in ten more as Ranieri's team won the title.
But Ranieri is determined to keep hold of a player who contributed much to Leicester's success last season.
'He stays with us, he is very happy,' said the Leicester manager. 'It is always good news. I am happy when I have this position, a lot of players. It is important to have a lot of quality players to choose from.'
