English-born of Ghanaian parentage Josh-Kofi Acheampong finally made his senior debut for Chelsea FC in their emphatic 2-0 win over city rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the Stamford Bridge on Thursday evening.

Two goals in each half from Trevoh Chalobah and Nicolas Jackson were enough to hand the Blues all three points and the bragging rights over their London rivals.

Josh Acheampong, finally marked his Chelsea first team debut after coming on as a substitute for Alfie Gilchrist on the 85th minute- a dream he's always been hoping to come true.

The 17-year-old started training with the Chelsea first team in December last year and signed his first professional contract with the club early this year during the winter transfer window.

He is a center-back who can also play both on the right or left, and currently has a goal and three assists in eight appearances for the Chelsea U18 side.

The young sensation is hoping to have more playing time from now till the end of the season and subsequently establish himself as a mainstay in the team.
