Kwaebibirem FC and Accra Young Wise have been relegated into the Division Two according to the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
Only two clubs dropped from the Zone because no side was relegated within that zone in the Ghana Premier league last season.
Eastern regional side Kotoku Royals won the Zone Three with sixty-three points to qualify into the Ghana Premier league ahead of 2022/23 season.
Kotoku Royals secured their historic qualification with a point ahead of Liberty Professionals.
Kwaebibirem finished fifteenth with twenty-nine points.
Accra Young Wise finished at the bottom of the league with eleven points in the just ended 2021/22 season.
