Match-day three of the 2022 Ashanti Regional Inter-Schools boys soccer tournament continued at the Len Clay Stadium earlier on Friday, July 8, 2022.
Four time winners Kumasi Anglican SHS were handed a very tough game but managed to narrowly edge out Kumasi Academy SHS to cruise into the next round.
Prempeh College were supposed to face Tweneboah Koduah in the round 16 but lost the protest filed against them by Asare Bediako and subsequently got evicted from the competition.
Aduman SHS continue to fly higher after eliminating five time winners Adu Gyamfi SHS from the competition through penalty shootouts in the first quarter final game.
Competition's most successful, Osei Kyeretwie SHS humbled Konongo Odumase SHS by a resounding 2-0 to cruise to the next stage, so as Opoku Ware SHS who also advanced with the same scoreline over Owerriman SHS.
