Ebony FC came from behind to beat Benab FC by 2-1 in the final of the 2024/25 Ashanti Regional Division 2 promotional tournament in what was an exciting game at the Baba Yara Stadium earlier this afternoon
The game was an exciting one as Ebony FC made a great start to the game but couldn't pose any threats and Benab FC eventually scored through Prince Balladom to lead at half time
Back from recess, the 'Home of Beautiful Game' outfit bounced back hungrier and made series of incursions which eventually propelled them to a great comeback scoring all two from 15-yards
They held onto their lead in a very close encounter under a heavy downpour of rain to win 2-1 after full-time
Ebony FC have now qualified to compete in Zone II of the Access Bank Division One League next season
