Winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku scored his first international goal to give Otto Addo's experimental team a 1-0 win over Nicaragua in a friendly at the Estadio Francisco Artés Carrascoin Lorca, Spain on Thursday.
The Sporting CP player netted in the 34th minute which later on turned-out to be the only goal of the game to secure the win in the warm-up game for the Black Stars of Ghana.
Issahaku provided the ammunition and nipped down the ball on the right, calmly controlled and blasted home a sweet trademark curler from the edge of the box.
Tuesday's game against the Central American side was Issahaku's 13th Black Stars appearance.
He joined Portuguese side Sporting CP in a deal worth €1.2 million earlier this year.
