Bechem United goalkeeper Benjamin Asiedu says the club is aiming for a strong MTN FA Cup campaign as they prepare to face Aduana FC in their Round of 64 encounter on Wednesday.

The Hunters, who have endured an inconsistent Ghana Premier League season so far, begin their FA Cup journey at Nana Agyemang Badu I Park, but Asiedu insists the team feels no added pressure.

“There is no pressure on us. In the history of Bechem United, we have won the trophy before,” he stated.

“The fans cherish the trophy, and so this season we want to go far and, if possible, reach the final to fight for the trophy.”

Asiedu added that the squad has worked hard to correct their recent errors.

“Whatever we have done wrong in the previous matches, we are correcting them to ensure we do better in the upcoming games.”

Kick-off for the Round of 64 tie between Aduana FC and Bechem United is scheduled for 3pm today (Wednesday).
