The Ghana women U-20 side, Black Princesses have finally touched down in Kumasi- where the maiden WAFU Zone B U-20 women championship is going to be staged.

Yussif Basigi and his girls have been in camp at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence for almost a month for preparations towards the tournament coming up.

The Ghana female U-20 national team engaged in a friendly test last Wednesday morning where they marmalized Niger by an emphatic 11-0 at Ohene Gyan Stadium to show signs of steady rise in their preparations.
 
This is a test to know their strengths and weaknesses as they continue to prepare towards the maiden WAFU Women U-20 Championship which will start in few days from now in Kumasi.
 
The Black Princesses are in Group A alongside Benin and Cote D'Ivoire and will face the former in their opening fixture of the competition on Saturday, May 20, at the Baba Yara Stadium.
