Ghana senior women national team, the Black Queens have finally arrived in Cotonou ahead of their international friendly against Benin this weekend

The team arrived with 30 players on the late hours of today (Friday) and have currently moved to their hotel to continue with preparations to acclimatize to the pitch, weather and others.

Their newly-appointed head coach Nora Häuptle and her girls have been camping at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram for sometime now hoping to get themselves well gelled towards the double header friendly.

It's been quiet a long time since the senior national team regrouped and are hoping to familiarize with the new gaffer and also get themselves adequately prepared for the assignments ahead.

Notable players in camp include skipper Portia Boakye, Evelyn Badu, Azumah Bugre, Priscilla Adubea and more.

The game against Benin is scheduled for Sunday February 19, 2023. They will take on Togo in another friendly in five days time.
