The Black Stars held their first training session in Cote D'Ivoire on Wednesday night and are looking ever ready for the tournament.
The Black Stars held almost ten days camping in Kumasi and are currently looking very poised and ready for the competition as they hope to end the country's 42-years AFCON drought.
The team met with the President H.E Nana Akuffo Addo last night for a final dinner at the Jubilee house in a simple colourful event of which Dancehall Artiste Stonebwoy and others were all present to wish the team well.
They departed the country on Wednesday morning via Air Cote D'Ivoire and arrived at their base in Abidjan after just few works.
Right after checking in at their hotel, the team held a full training session hoping to acclimatize quickly before the competition commences.
Ghana are in Group B alongside Egypt, Cape Verde and Mozambique.
The Black Stars will face the Blue Sharks in the opening fixture on Sunday, January 14, at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Stadium.
