The Black Stars have landed safely in Angola, Luanda precisely ahead of their game against Central African Republic in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

 

The team lead by Otto Addo left the shores of Ghana on Friday with 25 players and arrived on the early hours of Saturday to begin preparations towards the game.

Ghana is expected to train at the match venue later today as stated in FIFA regulations and will hold the pre-match conference subsequently.
 
The Black Stars were ruthless in their opening game after thumping on the Bareas of Madagascar by 3-0 at the Cape Coast last Wednesday and will definitely want to preserve their lead and perfect start. 
 
Note, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, Augustine Okrah and goalkeeper Richard Ofori were all left out of the trip due to unknown reasons whiles Joseph Aidoo and Antoine Semenyo will also be missing out because of injuries.
 
The game is scheduled for Sunday, June 5, 2022 at the 11 de Novembro Stadium.
