Bofoakwa Tano FC edged Eleven Wonders 7-8 on penalties after a 1-1 stalemate in regulation time in the division one zone I playoff at the Ohene Gyan Stadium.
Eleven Wonders named a strong line up for this game with Sulemana Rashid in goal. Experience Simms Kwayie, Clement Boahen, Prince Baffoe, Hamza Mohammad, Osman Zackaria all made the list.
With Bofoakwa Tano, Emmanuel Kobi will start in goal, Francis Mawuli, Leslie Aryeetey, Enoch Abuu and others were handed starting berths as they looked desperate for a win.
Bofoakwa Tano commenced on a higher note and eventually got themselves a penalty on the 7th minute after Enoch Abuu was fouled by the visitors goalie.

The game travelled to extra time and no goal was produced. It was decided via penalty shootouts where Bofoakwa Tano won 7-6 on penalties.
They are back into the Ghana Premier League after sixteen years.
