The Right to Dream Academy held its annual end-of-year awards ceremony, a special occasion that recognizes the hard work and dedication of its staff. 

The event, which celebrated the achievements of both staff and students, also brought together some of the biggest names in football. Among the notable guests was African football legend Michael Essien, whose illustrious career included stints at top clubs such as Chelsea, Real Madrid, AC Milan, and Lyon. 

The ceremony also saw other football greats, particularly former Ghanaian players now involved in football administration and coaching.

The award ceremony, a tradition at the academy, takes place at the close of each year to honor the hardworking individuals from various departments and to motivate them for the year ahead. 

One of the standout figures on the night was Coach Daniel Assihi Anaba, who took home two prestigious awards. He was named the Best Coaching Staff of the Year and also won the coveted Overall Staff of the Year award. 

Despite having spent less than two seasons at Right to Dream, Coach Daniel, a CAF License B holder, quickly earned recognition for his commitment, hard work, and ability to develop young talent. His unique managerial experience has been a significant asset to the academy.

In an exclusive interview following his victory, Coach Daniel expressed his gratitude: 

"It is a great honor to receive this award, and I give thanks to everyone I've been working with since I arrived here. This achievement means a lot to me, and it’s just a reminder to work even harder. I am happy that I've been able to contribute my part to the development of this great academy, and we’ll keep pushing forward."

Coach Daniel Assihi Anaba is passionate about nurturing young talent and finds great joy in guiding them to reach their full potential. 

Known for his successful stints at other clubs before joining Right to Dream, he has continued to make an impact, bringing his experience and winning mentality to the academy’s coaching staff.

His recognition at the ceremony is a testament to his contributions in just a short time, and with his dedication, the future of Right to Dream Academy looks brighter than ever.
