Dreams FC gaffer, Abdul Karim Zito has expressed satisfaction after his side's hard fought draw over the weekend in their first ever CAF Inter-club competition game.
The 'Still Believe' lads put a stellar display to secure a 1-1 draw against Guinean side Milo FC de Kankan in the first leg at the Stade General Lansana Conte in Conakry in the first leg of the tie.
The Ghanaian side started the game on a very good note and opened the scoring account on the 21st minute through Gael Aholou but the lead was subsequently cancelled out in the final ten minutes to full time.
Speaking in a post-match presser, the experience tactician said he was satisfied and added he wasn't surprised with opponent's performance since is something he anticipated heading into the fixture due to the history Guinea have in football.
"I told you it won't be an easy game cos Guinea is also a country known for good football so I was expecting a tougher opposition. Before I came into the game, my objective was either to win or at least draw so I'm very happy I was able to achieve the target so I'm ok."
"It was a strategy because the way the game was moving, you will get problem if you open up so I had to play tactically to stop them from getting what they wanted."
The Believes touched down in Ghana on Sunday and are set to prepare for the return encounter on August 27, at the Ohene Gyan Stadium.
