Manchester City new signing Erling Haaland has showered praise on Ghana coach Otto Addo for nurturing him to become a top-class footballer.
Addo, who was among the coaches who discovered the Norwegian centre-forward for German Bundesliga outfit Broussia Dortmund, was described as a top-class gaffer by 21-year-old striker after completing his switch to the English Premier League champions.
Otto Addo has been working as talent scout/coach for Bundesliga giants Broussia Dortmund since 2019.
After completing a move to Manchester City in a deal worth €60 million which can potentially rise to €150m, Haaland speaking in a documentary which is yet to be aired by Dortmund admitted he owes some of that to Otto Addo.
“That’s the biggest legend, If we talk about the biggest legends in this club, this guy, He’s the best one,” Haaland openly praised Otto Addo.
“He is the best. Otto,” the player screamed the name in the end
