Stephen Amankona's first half goal was enough to hand Berekum Chelsea a slim 1-0 win over Bechem United earlier today at the Baba Yara Stadium to cruise into semi-final of the MTN FA Cup.
Both teams really put up a stupendous performance in the game having taken it at each other leaving a very open encounter.
It was a really a great encounter until Stephen Amankona opened the scoring account in the 30th minute and handed his side a 1-0 lead at half-time.
In the second half, the Hunters bounced back on a blistering note and took the game at their regional rivals with the aim of getting themselves back on level.
The Bibires defended very well in the closing moments and held onto their lead till full-time to cruise into the semi-final of the competition.
Earlier, Attram de Visser also cruised into the semi final with a 4-3 on penalties victory over PAC Academy after a pulsating 1-1 draw.
