Nsoatreman FC are through to the FA Cup final after inflicting a 2-1 win over Legon Cities FC in the first semi final encounter at the Red Bull Arena.
Both teams made a very good start to the game with purely possessive football been displayed and the Sogakope pitch really allowed the game to flow very well.
Nsoatreman FC subsequently exerted their authority on the game and took a two-goal lead in the space of three minutes, courtesy a goal each from youngster Foster Apertorgor and Mohammed Abdul Rahman.
However, the fluidity of the game was completely off at some point due a heavy downpour of rain which at some point stopped the game for a while.
Back from recess, Legon Cities looked like righting their wrongs after returning from the break and begun to make incursions in a quest to getting back on level terms.
Fifteen minutes into the game, William Kwaku Adjei found the back of the net to pull one back for Legon Cities as they continue to attack with so much purpose.
The 'Efiri Tete Amanaso' outfit couldn't produce a goal in the second department but looked very resolute in defense and preserved their remaining goal lead to full time.
Nsoatreman FC will now await the winner of the second semi final between Dreams FC and Bofoakwa Tano FC in the final.
