The newly-established Ghana U-16 girls national team have touched down safely in Malta ahead of UEFA international development tournament which commenced today.

The team left the shores of the country last Sunday evening and have finally arrived at the European nation with a contingent of 20 players, technical team led by Nana Adarkwa and some other officials.

The team held their first training session today hoping for quick acclimatization and also get themselves well gelled and poised for their tournament opener tomorrow against host Malta tomorrow.

They will face Ireland in their second game on Thursday, March 6, and wrap up with Latvia on Saturday, March 9, 2025.
