Nations FC goalkeeper Hadina Bariu has called on his teammates to give their all as they prepare to face Aduana FC in the semi-finals of the MTN FA Cup.
The two Ghana Premier League sides will meet on Friday, April 17, in what is expected to be a closely fought first semi-final of the competition.
Speaking before the match, Bariu admitted the challenge ahead will not be easy but said he believes Nations FC have the strength to overcome their opponents and reach the final.
“We have made up our mind to do something for Nations FC before we leave. It’s going to be a tough game,” Bariu told Nations FC TV.
“If we wake up and we go in that we want to win, it will be an easy game for us. We will go in hard, and I’m sure we will win the game.”
The semi-final clash between Nations FC and Aduana FC will take place at the Swedru Sports Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00 GMT as both teams battle for a place in this season’s final.
