The budding talented midfielder has finally left the shores of Ghana to begin life at the American club from Hearts of Oak.
Accra Hearts of Oak young midfielder Salim Adams has flown out of the country to continue his career at FC Cincinnati, Kickgh.com can exclusively confirm.
The 20-year-old initially joined the feeder club of the Major League Soccer outfit, FC Cincinnati 2 but could leave the country to pursue his career due to documentation issue.
He was outstanding since joining the 'Phobians' from second-tier outfit New Edubiase United having established himself as a mainstay in the team, netting three goals so far including a belter against Guinean side CI Kamsar in his debut during the 2021/22 CAF Champions League play-off games.
Adams signed a long-term permanent deal with Hearts of Oak in May 2022 before his initial loan switch to FC Cincinnati 2.
His loan move to FC Cincinnati has an option to extend which will be strictly based on his performance at the club during the spell.
