Public Relations Officer of Hearts of Oak, Kwame Opare Addo has optimistically disclosed that, they will claim the bragging rights this weekend over eternal rivals Kotoko despite having a jittery form recently.

The 'Phobians' will cross swords with the Porcupine Warriors in a crunchy tie this Sunday, March 5, in Accra in GPL match-week 20- a tie which will also serve as this year's President Cup.

The winner of the game will claim all three points and also have their hands gripped on the coveted trophy as well. Any form of a drawn game in regulation time will attract penalty shootouts to determine the conqueror.
 
The Rainbow Club have been inconsistent for sometime now, having lost their last two league matches against leaders Aduana Stars and regional rivals Great Olympics in the 'Ga-Mantse' derby last Wednesday and have now dipped to 6th on the log with 28 points.
 
Their recent appaling output has sparked a huge rage with many a Hearts faithful, calling for the sacking of Serbian gaffer Slavko Matic.
 
Speaking in an interview, club Spokesperson Opare Addo has stated the team is ever ready and poised for action on Sunday and has assured the 'Phobians' of nothing but a win heading into the game. 
 
"Hearts of oak will bring happiness to the fans God willing on Sunday,” he told Accra-based Original FM in an interview.
 
“We will surely win the three points and win the president cup as well. The playing body are calm and very ready to face Kotoko on Sunday and surely Hearts of oak will win.”
 
The second Super-Clash of the 2022/23 football season is scheduled for 1500GMT this Sunday.
