The President of Division One League side Tema Youth FC, Wilfred Osei Palmer has refute allegations that he is owing the Ghana Football Association a 10 per cent (10%) commission over the transfer of a player.

Osei Palmer was disqualified from the 2019 Ghana Football Association Presidential elections following his refusal to pay 10% of Joseph Paintsil transfer to Belgian Jupilier League giants KRC Genk to the country's football governing body.

The former Ghana FA Executive Council member denied the allegations and stated that the Normalization Committee led by Dr. Kofi Amoah planned for his removal from the elections.

He also said he is ready to pay the Ghana Football Association if they would be able to provide an evidence of issuing International Transfer Certificate (ITC) for Joseph Paintsil's switch from Tema Youth to KRC Genk in 2019.

“That 10% that they say I owe is a palpable falsehood. They did that to take me out of the political race. I don’t owe the GFA,” Osei Palmer told Onua TV in an exclusive interview

“They told Ghanaians those lies about me to paint me bad and the truth will come out.”

“I’ll prove to you how the Normalisation Committee lied about it and this administration is continuing. They knew I was leading the race,”
