Black Stars forward, Mohammed Kudus hopes to inspire the next generation, as he was named as Nima Ambassador.
Mohammed Kudus was outstanding in Black Stars 2022 World Cup group stage exit.
He was subsequently named as an ambassador of his neighbourhood, Nima, in Ghana's capital, Accra.
Nima has been tagged with social vices in recent memories, and Mohammed Kudus, who has defied all odds to make an impact through sports, hope to inspire change.
Mohammed Kudus plays for Netherland giants, Ajax and has been tipped to make a move to England, Germany or Italy, after an impressive performance in the Eredivisie and the UEFA Champions League before making a statement in the World Cup.
The former Right to Dream Academy graduate hopes to inspire the next generation in Nima to be better than him, as he
“I am overwhelmed for the kind gesture & to be an ambassador for Nima. With the social vices it’s tagged of, I found passion that I continue to harness in football," he tweeted.
“May this inspire the next generation to be better than us,” he added.
