Ghana coach Ibrahim Tanko has announced a strong starting line up for Black Meteors' second Group A game against Morocco this evening.
Host nation, Morocco are battling out with the male national U23 team of Ghana in the second group game of the 2023 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat
The two countries grinded wins in their opening games and will all target another victory today to book a place in the semi final of the competition.
Ghana recorded a 3-2 victory over Congo courtesy a second half brilliance from Emmanuel Yeboah, who scored twice with an assist. On the other hands, a double from Abde Ezzalzouli ensured Morocco to secure a 2-1 comeback win over Guinea in the opening game.
Coach Tanko has made changes in his starting line up for this evening fixture as Emmanuel Yeboah and Hafiz Ibrahim have been handed starting berth with the team's captain Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and Sylvester Simba of Dreams FC warming the bench.
