Head coach of Black Meteors of Ghana, Ibrahim Tanko admittedly knows they performed below par and have disappointed Ghanaians who were waiting to see the country end it almost twenty-year abeyance from men's soccer at the Olympic Games.

 

Ghana got eliminated from the ongoing Africa U-23 Cup of Nations in Morocco after playing out a stalemate with Guinea last Friday night.

The Meteors amassed four points from three matches, and lost the second spot in Group A to Guinea due to goal difference.
 
Speaking in a post-match presser, the experience tactician knows how embarrassing they were at the competition but added they will hope to right all wrongs for future endeavors.
