Spanish-based forward, Inaki Williams has finally touched down in Ghana and is set to join the remaining Black Stars squad in Kumasi ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The 29-year-old has been in an explosive form with his club Atletico Bilbao reason he's earned himself a spot in coach Chris Hughton's final 27-man squad for the competition.
Inaki, is really in the form of his life and is currently involved in eleven goals so far in the Spanish La Liga; having scored eight and created three.
The Black Stars have started preparations towards the AFCON three days ago but the lanky striker wasn't part due to illness but has now recovered fully and is now ready to join his colleagues.
The four-time African champions will host the Brave Warriors of Namibia in a pre-tournament friendly on January 8, before they depart to Cote D'Ivoire for the main competition.
Ghana are in Group B alongside Egypt, Cape Verde and Mozambique.
They will face the Blue Sharks of Cape Verde in their opening game on January 14, in Abidjan.
