International Director and football scout for World Sports Academy, Xavi Hidalgo is set to arrive in Ghana early this month specifically to visit Dabo Soccer Academy and also team up with them for a scouting tournament in the Ashanti Region
Mind you, Dabo Soccer Academy is owned and controlled by popular Ghanaian actor, Samuel Yaw Dabo who was currently on European club your to establish links for his players whom he wish to one day witness them play at the peak of the game.
He expressed his desire to make a positive impact on society and also shared his ambition to establish partnerships with top European clubs, including Real Madrid, and expressed his eagerness to meet renowned football agent Jorge Mendes.
Dabo had the opportunity to visit notable football clubs such as PSG and Borussia Dortmund, Espanyol and AJ Auxerre where he had the chance to meet former Ghana coach Otto Addo, who is currently a member of Dortmund’s technical team to further establish and expanding his football networks.
Hidalgo is specifically visiting Dabo Soccer Academy to check their facilities and the progression process of the players and also collaborate with them to organize a scouting tourney for juvenile clubs mainly in Kumasi for now.
Partaking clubs will definitely hope for one thing, that's to have most of their players get their paths laid very well from this trial opportunity.
