Seedorf Asante's 34th minute strike was enough to win the coveted trophy for the Dansoman-based side.
Ghana Premier League(GPL) newcomers, Nsoatreman FC couldn't find the back of the net in the mouthwatering encounter, as Liberty Professionals defended gallantly in the first half.
Liberty Professionals managed the game very well in the second half, as Nsoatreman FC tried to find the equaliser.
Liberty Professionals secured the 2nd edition of the DOL Super Cup in their hard fought victory over the Nsoatre outfit.
Liberty Professionals failed to secure a return into the GPL after finishing second in the Division One Zone Three, trailing champions Kotoku Royals by just a point.
Meanwhile, runners up, Nsoatreman FC won the DOL Zone One after beating Tamale City on penalties in a play-off to determine the winner of the Zone.
