The Central Regional Minister paid a warm visit to the Black Satellites at their hotel room on Thursday evening.
The Regional Minister's timely visit was to motivate the squad ahead of their crucial encounter with Ethiopia.
The National Under 20 team is on a stern test to qualify the nation to the next stage of the competition after falling two goals to one to Ethiopia,but speaking to the players,Mr.Hagan charged the boys to beat their opponents on Sunday.
''You are welcome,I know that we lost,but I know you are going to win this time''
The Minister of State pledged his and the region's unflinching support for the team as they take on the tricky hurdle against the Ethiopians on Sunday.
''We will do everything possible and come to support you,to make sure you are fully prepared for the game' He said.
The team also responded to the Minister's visit with the Captain of the side Kingsley Fobi showing gratitude the former Deputy Finance Minister.
"On behalf of the team, I will say we appreciate your words,we are going to do our best to get the results on Sunday.''
The Manager of the side Didi Dramani was also full of praise for the reception they have received so far in Cape Coast as Ghana take on Ethiopia in the second leg of the African Youth Cup qualifiers on Sunday after suffering 2-1 in the reverse fixture.
