Former Ghana international Dan Quaye has suggested that Inaki Williams' goalscoring issues with the Black Stars could be resolved by including experienced midfielder Mubarak Wakaso in the national team.
Inaki Williams, who switched his international allegiance to Ghana in 2022, has struggled to score in his 11 appearances for the team.
Quaye, in an interview with Bryt FM, advocated for the reinstatement of experienced players in the Black Stars. He believes that Wakaso's ability to deliver long balls to attackers could help Inaki Williams overcome his scoring woes.
Quaye highlighted Wakaso's experience and his role in providing quality service to strikers, comparing him to former star Sulley Muntari.
Despite his challenges with the national team, Inaki Williams is enjoying a productive season in the Spanish La Liga, scoring four goals and providing two assists in nine games.
