Black Queens head coach, Nora Hauptle despite having her strong and perfect start in Ghana, is still wary of her side's inability to bang in lots of goals even when chances fall their way.

The Ghana senior women national team after winning the first leg 3-0 in Conakry over the weekend, sealed the tie with another emphatic 4-0 in the second leg last Tuesday in Accra to record a 7-0 on aggregate victory to cruise into next round.

Evelyn Badu notched a brace, coupled with another two from Priscilla Adubea and Hasaacas Ladies midfielder Fidous Yakubu.

The Swiss gaffer who has won all her first five matches, having scored 15 and conceded none, stated she is very much satisfied with the performance of her girls but believes they should have won by a huge margin.

"All in all, I think it was a good game we played. We leveled up against the first leg in Guinea. The pitch was much better, so our possession [of the ball] was good."

“The only thing I would say is that maybe we should have scored a bit more goals out of these chances,” she continued.

“But all in all, I am very satisfied, happy that we passed this first qualification round.”

The Black Queens have now advanced to the next round of the 2024 Olympic Games qualifiers.
