The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially announced the appointment of Mas-Ud Didi Dramani as the new Head Coach for the Black Galaxies, succeeding Annor Walker in this important position.

Didi Dramani, who currently serves as the Assistant Coach for the Black Stars, will assume the lead role in guiding the team through the qualifiers for the upcoming Championship of African Nations (CHAN) Tournament.

In addition to his duties with the Black Galaxies, Didi Dramani is associated with the Right To Dream Academy, showcasing his commitment to developing football talent.

His coaching career is highlighted by a significant achievement when he led Ghana to a Bronze medal at the 2012 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup held in Azerbaijan.

Furthermore, Didi Dramani has experienced domestic success, securing the Premier League and FA Cup double with Asante Kotoko in 2014, underlining his coaching prowess.

Before transitioning to coaching, Didi Dramani had a noteworthy playing career that included spells with Bolgatanga Soccer Masters, Real Tamale United, and Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs. His professional playing career concluded in the year 2000.

Assisting Didi Dramani in his coaching capacity will be Baba Nuhu and Samuel Boadu, adding depth to the coaching staff.

Ghana's primary objective is to secure a coveted spot in the CHAN tournament once again, following their quarter-final exit in the most recent edition held in Algeria earlier this year.
