Spokesperson of the Ghana Football Association(GFA), Ibrahim Saani Daara, has stated that their legal action on some media house stations has terrified them following their constant accusations of corruption allegations on their administrative system in office.

The former BBC journalist remarked that the wild corruption allegations against the football governing body and its president by those media house stations is unfair and can no longer be tolerated, hence the decision to sue them.

"We've served those whom we've sued in court for defamation. We've recorded over 100 tapes and translated everything from Twi to English," Saani told Kumasi-based Ahoto FM.

"Our action has terrified them as they're now mute over their wild corruption allegations against the federation"

"If you want any proof on this; you can contact their stations top members and they'll confirm it to you,"

"Their conduct on the Ghana FA has become unberrable and hence the need to serve them with court writ. They'll appear in court as from October because the court has notified them with the lawsuit,"

The Ghana FA and its president are seeking for an amount of 2million US Dollars fine for defamation.
